售前服务

优能激光公司为意向客户免费提供各种生产工艺方案包括技术咨询，样品切割、设备选型，并可以按客户的特殊需求研发定制及作相应的调整。

安装调式

优能激光公司在按期向客户交付设备的同时，派技术服务工程师现场安装。在用户安装调试备件具备的条件下，技术服务工程师将在1-2天时间内把设备有序地安装调试完毕供用户使用。

技术培训

优能激光公司免费提供技术培训，在用户现场安装调试完毕后，培训用户方的操作、维护人员各1-2名。培训内容包括激光原理、设备构造、工艺说明、设备保养、激光安全防护、操作程序及简单故障安排等。

设备维护

优能激光公司为用户提供全方位的售后服务工作。

优能激光公司承诺：设备自安装、调试合格之日起保修期1年，如设备运行受损故障，公司承诺24小时内为用户提供解决方案。设备保修期满后，终身提供维修服务。
